Think Tank (as and when required) The Specialist Committees/Think Tanks as deemed necessary will undertake specialized studies and assignments related to Government, Industry or any other organization. The composition of such committees shall be decided from time to time by the President. The Committees shall give their recommendations to the President who shall forward it to the concerned organization. The Committee members may be paid reasonable remuneration in case it is paid assignment from any organization.
